Fit Outreach provides:

• Custom website development
• Visual and narrative branding ("Brand Framing")
• Video sales letter (VSL) production
• Automated email campaign setup and management

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information needed for project completion
• Respect all intellectual property rights associated with delivered materials
• Not misuse the services for unlawful or prohibited purposes

4. Payments and Refunds

All projects require a deposit before work begins. Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. No refunds will be issued after final deliverables are approved.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Fit Outreach remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients may use our materials for their business purposes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for users who violate these terms or misuse our services. We reserve the right to showcase completed work, including websites, VSLs, and branding materials, in our portfolio, on our website, and in promotional content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party services
• Technical issues outside of our control

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. We encourage mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
